智通财经APP获悉，周二美股盘初，NextDecade(NEXT.US)上涨超15%，此前该公司宣布与沙特阿美子公司签署了一项为期20年的液化天然气购销协议，根据协议，沙特阿美将从NextDecade位于德克萨斯州南部的Rio Grande LNG项目第四生产线采购液化天然气。
根据协议条款，沙特阿美将以离岸价(FOB)每年采购120万公吨液化天然气，采购价格与亨利港天然气基准价挂钩。该协议最终执行取决于第四生产线获得最终投资决定。
上月晚些时候，美国联邦能源管理委员会已发布初步决定，支持对Rio Grande LNG项目给予环境许可。
据悉，该公司最近公布了Rio Grande LNG项目的扩能计划，包括启动第六至第八生产线的开发及许可申请程序。若全部投产，这三条新增生产线将带来每年1800万吨的液化产能，届时Rio Grande LNG项目的总产能将提升至每年4800万吨。
