【环球网金融综合报道】4月7日，方正证券发布了《关于股东集中竞价减持股份计划的公告》，中国信达资产管理股份有限公司（简称“中国信达”）拟于4月29日至 2025年7月28日期间，以集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过8232.10万股，约占公司总股本的1.00%。

根据公告，中国信持有方正证券股份数量为5.930亿股，占公司总股本的7.20%，股份来源为协议转让取得。公告称，中国信达减持原因是其经营需要。

方正证券年报数据显示，2024年集团实现营业收入77.18亿元，归属于上市公司股东的净利润22.07亿元，同比增长2.55%。截至2024年12月31日，集团总资产为2556.28亿元，同比增长14.92%；净资产489.78亿元，同比增长 6.26%。（闻辉）
