【香港地产代理：清明假期10大屋苑成交不足20宗】金十数据4月7日讯，香港地产代理数据显示，过去3日假期10大屋苑成交不足20宗。美联物业及中原地产，在过去周末10大屋苑录得6宗成交，分别按周跌50%及57%，3日假期均录得16宗成交。美联物业住宅部行政总裁布少明表示，过去两日市场继续有余货新盘推售，并吸纳部分二手购买力，加上清明节长周末，市民短线外游，美国新关税措施为市场带来不明朗因素等，都令二手交投仍然受压，但相信市场仍不乏买家在二手物色笋盘。中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示，一手市场持续抢占市场购买力，加上部分市民趁清明假期外游，影响成交。
