新浪科技讯 4月7日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，北京旷视科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增蚂蚁集团旗下上海云钊创业投资有限公司、联想控股旗下西藏星帆企业管理有限公司、重庆产业投资母基金合伙企业（有限合伙）等为股东，注册资本由约571.5万人民币增至约3394.2万人民币，同时，新增多位主要人员。

　　北京旷视科技有限公司成立于2011年10月，法定代表人为唐文斌，经营范围含人工智能基础软件开发、人工智能应用软件开发、信息系统集成服务、机械设备销售、电子产品销售、计算机软硬件及辅助设备批发等。股东信息显示，该公司现由印奇、唐文斌、杨沐及上述新增股东等共同持股。

　　公司官网显示，旷视是一家聚焦物联网场景的人工智能公司，面向消费物联网、城市物联网和供应链物联网的核心场景提供解决方案。
