截至 4 月 3 日，科创板两融余额合计 1597.15 亿元，较上一减少 7.17 亿元，已连续 5 个减少。其中，融资余额合计 1591.71 亿元，较上一减少 7.00 亿元；融券余额合计 5.45 亿元，较上一减少 1671.82 万元。 在融资余额方面，中芯国际最高，为 79.28 亿元，寒武纪、海光信息次之。231 只科创板个股融资余额环比增加，353 只环比下降。融资余额增幅较大的是必易微等，降幅居前的有和林微纳等。 从融券余额看，中芯国际最高，为 0.18 亿元，芯原股份、海光信息次之。73 只科创板个股融券余额环比增加，180 只环比下降。融券余额增幅较大的是智明达等，降幅居前的有艾迪药业等。
