4月8日早间，国泰海通、东方证券分别发布关于回购公司A股股份的公告。

国泰海通表示，公司4月7日收到公司董事长朱健《关于提议国泰海通证券股份有限公司回购公司A股股份的函》，回购股份的资金总额为10亿元至20亿元，具体以董事会审议通过的回购股份方案为准。

针对提议回购股份的原因和目的，国泰海通表示，为维护公司全体股东利益，增强投资者信心，稳定及提升公司价值，基于对公司未来发展的信心，公司董事长朱健提议公司通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分公司股份，回购的股份将用于维护公司价值及股东权益。

东方证券也发布公告称，公司拟以2.5亿元至5亿元资金回购公司A股股份，回购价格不超过12元/股。本次回购的资金来源为公司自有资金，回购的股份将依法予以注销并相应减少注册资本。公司将根据市场情况实施本次回购计划，并根据进展情况及时履行相关决策程序和信息披露义务。
