吴说获悉，Galaxy Digital 宣布，其向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的关于公司重组及迁册至特拉华州并拟在纳斯达克上市的 S-4 表格注册声明已获生效。公司将于 5 月 9 日召开特别股东大会，审议并表决重组计划。若获股东及多伦多证券交易所批准，Galaxy 计划在交易完成后于纳斯达克以“GLXY”为代码上市，且在一定时期内继续保留 TSX 上市地位。
