狮腾控股(02562.HK) 公布，上周一(3月31日)与盟拓数字科技股东订立认购期权契据。据悉，盟拓数字科技股东同意授予狮腾控股一项认购期权，以收购盟拓数字科技高达100%股权，总代价为3,000万美元。
