Shen Yao Holdings (SGX:A78) secured an undertaking from creditor Tomson to refrain from initiating winding-up proceedings until a court hearing on April 16, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The agreement follows the company's March 20 application for an injunction with the Singapore High Court to block such action while related proceedings in an earlier claim are still ongoing.

The court directed Tomson to provide a written undertaking by March 27, which was met. The injunction request and the underlying originating application will be heard together on April 16.
