金吾财讯 | 华泰证券表示，4月3日，国家金融监督管理总局发布《加强商业银行互联网助贷业务管理 提升金融服务质效的通知》（《助贷新规》），对现行互联网贷款业务的监管框架进行了有效补充，涵盖落实总行主体责任、加强合作机构准入标准、规范互联网贷款定价机制、加强金融消费者权益保护等内容。该行认为，当前互联网消费贷的监管环境相对积极，《助贷新规》有望进一步加速长尾小平台的出清，推动和引导行业规范化发展，利好合规意识高、风险定价能力强、资本金充足的头部平台。
