路透社4月6日 - 澳大利亚Abacus Storage King ASK.AX周一表示，已收到由Ki Corporation和Public Storage PSA.N组成的财团主动提出的收购要约，对目标公司的估值为19.3亿澳元(11.6亿美元)。
该收购要约向 Abacus 股东提供每股 1.47 澳元的钉书钉证券，以收购 Ki 及其子公司目前未持有的所有股份。
交易完成后，总部位于美国的房地产投资信托公司 Public Storage 将持有约 50% 的 Abacus 证券，家具制造商 Ki 持有其余部分。
Ki 目前间接和直接持有 Abacus 近 60% 的股份。
收购价比 Abacus 上周五的收盘价高出 26.7%。
