智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股-P(02228)现涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.53%，报4.15港元，成交额3.81亿港元。
消息面上，晶泰控股-P发布公告 ，公司已获港交所批准，公司将不再被视为未商业化公司，而将被视为已商业化公司。获批准后，晶泰控股的英文及中文股份简称将不再印有“P”标记，自2025年4月9日上午9时正起生效。
据悉，晶泰控股于3月28日发布了2024年全年业绩报告，这也是其作为第一家根据18C章程在港上市的特专科技公司，在上市后发布的首份年报。公司2024年度营业收入为2.66亿元人民币，超过了上市规则第18章中2.5亿港元“已商业化公司”的收入门槛，因此向港交所申请取消未商业化公司称号并获得批准。
