Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) said an April 17 EGM called by unitholder Michael Chui is invalid and it will not attend, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The trustee-manager said the meeting falls outside the three-month window under Singapore's Business Trusts Act and the proposed resolution exceeds the EGM's scope.
It called the move a bad-faith attempt to disrupt court-backed restructuring and urged unitholders not to participate.
