The big declines in evening trading have dragged futures tied to the S&P 500 futures down around 20% from their high.
A decline of that magnitude would bring the S&P 500 into bear market territory when the stock market opens Monday morning. The tech-heavy Nasdaq already entered a bear market Friday.
