智通财经APP讯，中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，于2025年3月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币212亿元，按年下跌48.6%;而相应的销售面积约为947100平方米，按年下跌8.5%。
2025年1月至3月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币464.20亿元，按年下跌22.9%;而相应的累计已售楼面面积约219.3万平方米，按年上升8.4%。
此外，截至2025年3月31日，中国海外系列公司取得已认购物业销售约人民币77.29亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
2025年3月，该集团在沈阳、北京、厦门、济南和杭州共收购了五幅地块，权益建筑面积约845731平方米。本集团就相关土地收购的权益土地出让金约人民币181.05亿元。2025年1月至3月，本集团收购的土地累计应占楼面面积约1267608.52平方米，累计应付的土地出让金约人民币272.9079亿元。
此外，2025年3月，中国海外宏洋集团在安徽省合肥市收购了一幅地块，权益建筑面积约113930平方米。中国海外宏洋集团就相关土地收购的权益土地出让金约人民币11.14亿元。
