消息面上，近日，长飞光纤4月3日宣布决定暂缓推进对Cutlite控股股权的收购。据悉，截至3月31日，签署框架协议有效期已届满且未继续展期。因长飞光纤与El.En.未就框架协议中涉及收购Cutlite控股股权的相关条款达成一致，经双方审慎研究，决定暂缓推进对Cutlite控股股权的收购。
根据前期公告，长飞光纤拟以现金方式收购El.En.附属公司奔腾激光及Cutlite的控股股权，长飞光纤支付的对价总额折合人民币约为4.49亿元。El.En.是全球领先的激光技术公司，两家标的公司与长飞光纤工业激光器相关业务处于同一产业链，长飞光纤此前预期本次交易能实现较好的协同效应。去年11月，各方已就本次交易签署股权收购框架协议。
