IGO Chief Financial Officer Resigns; Shares Hit Near Eight-Year Low

IGO (ASX:IGO) said Kathleen Bozanic has decided to retire as the chief financial officer in December 2025, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Bozanic will serve as CFO till Dec 31 while the company finds her successor.

The company also said that Sam Retallack has resigned from her role as chief people and sustainability officer.

Retallack will continue in her role till the third quarter of 2025.

The company's shares fell past 6% in recent Monday trade, almost reaching an eight-year low earlier.
