格隆汇4月8日丨中国石油化工股份(00386.HK)公布，公司于2025年4月8日接到公司控股股东中国石化集团的通知，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心，中国石化集团计划于公告日起的12个月内通过自身及其全资附属公司分别增持公司A股和H股股份，拟增持金额累计不少于人民币20亿元，不超过人民币30亿元。该等资金来自于中国石化集团及其全资附属公司的自有资金及金融机构增持股票专项贷款。
截至公告日，中国石化集团直接持有公司83,062,059,096股A股股份，并通过其境外全资附属公司间接持有公司1,042,664,000股H股股份，合计持有公司84,104,723,096股股份，约占公司已发行总股份的69.35%。
此次增持计划符合中国《证券法》等相关法律法规的有关规定。中国石化集团及其一致行动人承诺，在此次增持计划实施期间及法定期限内不减持所持有的公司股份。
