智通财经APP讯，中国石油化工股份(00386)发布公告，公司于2025年4月8日在上海证券交易所网站披露了《关于控股股东及其一致行动人增持公司股份计划的公告》，基于对中国石化未来发展前景的信心，公司控股股东中国石油化工集团有限公司(简称“中国石化集团”)拟自2025年4月8日起的12个月内，通过自身及其全资子公司在上海证券交易所交易系统及香港联合交易所有限公司系统增持公司A股及H股股份，拟增持金额累计不少于人民币20亿元(含本数)，不超过人民币30亿元(含本数)(简称“增持计划”)。
2025年4月8日收市后，公司接到中国石化集团的通知，中国石化集团通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式增持了公司1784.35万股A股股份，约占公司已发行总股份的0.01%。本次增持前，中国石化集团直接和间接持有公司的股份数量为841.05亿股(其中A股830.62亿股，H股10.43亿股)，约占公司已发行总股份的69.35%;本次增持后，中国石化集团直接和间接持有公司的股份数量为841.23亿股(其中A股830.8亿股，H股10.43亿股)，约占公司已发行总股份的69.36%。
中国石化集团及其一致行动人后续将按照增持计划继续择机增持公司股份。公司将根据相关规定，持续关注中国石化集团及其一致行动人增持公司股份的有关情况，及时履行信息披露义务。
