FNB (FNB) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Raptor Partners, an investment banking firm based in Pittsburgh.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to bolster FNB's M&A, private capital and related practices. Raptor Partners is also expected to diversify the company's non-interest income through its capital markets capabilities.
FNB said the deal is set to close in Q2, subject to customary closing conditions.
