泛欧交易所首席执行官Stephane Boujnah称，一些欧洲投资者对特朗普政府的贸易政策非常不安，他们开始将黄金转移出美国。

　　“我们正目睹市场努力适应一个面目全非的美国的时刻，” Boujnah周二说。“一个非常新的因素是，我们看到欧洲投资者正在将黄金等实物资产从美国转移到欧洲。”

　　自特朗普上周公布全面关税举措震惊世界以来，全球股票市场大幅下挫，10万亿美元市值灰飞烟灭。随着投资者寻找逢低买入机会，这种疯狂走势在周二有所缓和。

　　“商界很害怕，” Boujnah在接受采访时说。“我们正在经历一个为过去的美国哀悼的时期，因为它现在看起来更像是一个新生国家。”

　　这位泛欧交易所CEO表示，最新的事态发展也意味着一些投资者对欧洲的看法转好。

　　“许多投资者告诉我们，今天的欧洲就像一年前的美国——即使某些回报不那么令人印象深刻，但至少在产权和环境稳定性方面是确定的，” Boujnah说。
