智通财经APP讯，哈尔滨电气(01133)发布公告，按照《国有企业、上市公司选聘会计师事务所管理办法》等有关规定，国有企业连续聘任同一会计师事务所原则上不超过8年。自2019年起，大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)担任公司年度财务会计报告审计业务的核数师已满6年，较接近有关规定所要求更换的限期，公司董事会及其审核委员会认为，为维持良好的公司管治常规，现为轮换公司核数师的适当时机，而有关轮换将加强公司外部审计服务的独立性。
公司亦拟就此选聘一家H股上市公司审计经验更为丰富的会计师事务所作为公司2025年度财务报表的核数师，以进一步提高工作效率。综合考虑公司以上对审计服务的需求，公司进行了2025年度财务报表核数师的选聘招标工作，根据招标结果并经董事会及其审核委员会审议通过，建议选聘信永中和会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2025年度核数师。
