方正证券指出，美国对等关税幅度、力度均超市场预期。出口承压背景下，更加积极的财政、货币支持政策值得期待，后续促消费提振内需政策有望持续加码落地，推动国内经济平稳向好。该行指出，3月两会政府工作报告中明确将制定促进生育政策、发放育儿补贴后，后续各地生育补贴有望陆续推出形成多点催化。
东兴证券此前表示，各地发放生育补贴有利于出生率的提升，低线城市更为受益。与一线城市进口奶粉占比较高相比，低线城市国产奶粉占比较高，下线城市生育率的提升利好国产奶粉销售；近年来随着婴幼儿奶粉配方二次注册实施以及新国标的出台提高了行业准入门槛。行业集中度提升叠加潜在生育政策红利，头部婴配粉企业有望迎来利润及估值的戴维斯双击，利好中国飞鹤、伊利股份等婴配粉龙头企业。
