新浪科技讯 4月7日晚间消息，今日有消息称，宁德时代正与蔚来汽车进行谈判，拟收购蔚来旗下充换电业务蔚来能源的控股权，蔚来能源拥有超3000座换电站。

　　对此，蔚来方面暂无回应。宁德时代方面向新浪科技表示：“没有更多信息。”
