智通财经APP获悉，中烟香港(06055)盘中涨超9%，截至发稿，涨6%，报21.2港元，成交额1.18亿港元。
消息面上，4月3日，中烟香港发布公告，宣布与后续订约方蒙昆公司签署了框架协议，继续推进其独家卷烟出口业务的采购交易。根据公告，框架协议的主要条款与之前与原订约方的协议相同，且不再设定年度上限，交易期限为无限期。
平安证券指出，公司此次与蒙昆公司订立框架协议，能够进一步拓宽公司免税卷烟的供应，助力公司独家卷烟出口业务收入和盈利能力进一步增长。从远期空间看，中烟香港承载中烟海外业务的战略重任，公司将逐步集中和整合中烟的各类海外资源，成为全球烟草行业更具竞争力的市场参与者。
