ViaSat (VSAT) said Monday it has signed an agreement to integrate Telesat's (TSAT) Lightspeed LEO ka-band capacity into its multi-orbit network for business communications and defense applications.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Ka-band capacity will be integrated with ViaSat's satellites to enhance its ability to offer customers connectivity services in high-demand locations such as airports and seaports, the company said.
