智通财经APP获悉，思摩尔国际(06969)重挫近18%，截至发稿，跌18.65%，报10.38港元，成交额6.23亿港元。
消息面上，近期有媒体报道称，英美烟草子公司致信特朗普政府，请求禁止所有中国一次性电子烟进口。此外，香港特区政府计划于本月底提交法律修订草案，进一步强化控烟措施。还将于明年第二季度起分阶段禁止电子烟，首阶段限制公共场所吸食及规范烟弹销售，后续将全面禁止持有电子烟。
国金证券指出，美国加征关税背景下，市场较为关注其对于思摩尔国际美国出口业务的影响，我们认为应理性看待后续影响，主因：思摩尔拥有印尼工厂，东南亚国家预计将陆续与美国协商调整，后续关税落地幅度仍有变数；电子烟作为高加价倍率且具有消费粘性的品类，关税可一定程度向终端传导，并且涨价幅度也并不明显；思摩尔作为以技术驱动型的企业在产业链具备较强议价能力。
