智通财经APP获悉，据市场消息，互联网医疗公司微脉内部已启动IPO准备工作。相关人士表示，其于近期与微脉方面有过上市事宜的相关接触；也有接近微脉创始人的人士透露微脉内部的IPO筹备消息。
就上市事宜，微脉方面回复媒体称：“目前公司还是专注于服务履约、市场拓展和新技术的研发，有上市规划的话会及时披露”。
资料显示，微脉隶属于微脉技术有限公司，总部位于浙江杭州，成立于2015年。微脉通过自研CareAI人工智能技术推动全病程管理的规模化应用，致力于打造具有中国特色的管理式医疗组织(MCO)。公司持续推动医疗健康服务的数字化升级，赋能医疗机构和医护人员，为客户提供全方位、全周期的医疗健康服务，满足多层次、多样化、个性化的服务需求。
目前，微脉服务已覆盖全国30个省、直辖市及自治区，上线280余座城市，合作医院超2500家，用户超6000万，累计服务人次超10亿，20万名医生在微脉上提供20000余种医疗健康服务SKU。
此外，微脉经历过数轮融资，先后获得元璟、源码、经纬、千骥、IDG、百度资本、信银投资等资本巨头数亿美元融资，是当前数字健康领域技术、高成长、高价值的独角兽企业代表之一。
