值得关注的是，据新浪财经消息，普拉达本周将就可能收购规模较小的竞争对手范思哲一事做出决定。收购由纽约Capri控股公司旗下的范思哲的交易，将使意大利时尚界两个最知名的品牌合二为一。根据报道，潜在交易可能于4月10日星期四宣布，亏损的范思哲的收购价格可能降至10亿欧元（11亿美元），比最初报道的价格低三分之一。
