方正证券指出，美国对等关税幅度、力度均超市场预期。出口承压背景下，更加积极的财政、货币支持政策值得期待，后续促消费提振内需政策有望持续加码落地，推动国内经济平稳向好。该行指出，3月两会政府工作报告中明确将制定促进生育政策、发放育儿补贴后，后续各地生育补贴有望陆续推出形成多点催化。
华西证券研报指出，从当前行业经营节奏来看，乳业基本面底部已基本确认，后续拐点有望逐步到来。上游供给端来看，乳牛产能持续去化，中小牧场持续出清，预计今年三季度有望迎来奶价回暖。下游需求端来看，春节乳品消费延续弱复苏态势，预计后续随政策催化有望强化复苏势头。从政策方面看，育儿补贴政策写入政府工作报告，各地出台跟进。建议重视乳品板块复苏带来的投资机遇，对乳制品行业维持“推荐”评级。
