消息面上，中国电信集团副总经理黄智勇近期表示，中国电信将继续发挥海量数据资源禀赋及丰富应用场景优势，推动数据要素高效流通和价值释放，促进数字经济和实体经济融合，为深入推动数据要素市场化配置改革贡献力量。此外，北京宣布打造国家级数据交易所，加强北京国际大数据交易所与北京证券交易所联动。
平安证券香港指出，近年来，随着数字经济的快速发展，数据已成为继土地、劳动力、资本、技术之后的第五大生产要素，建议积极关注拥有海量数据变现资源的运营商。华泰证券此前指出，国资委或将成立国家数据集团，探索数据资源商业化运营模式，结合日前运营商接入DeepSeek一事对未来作出两大展望：从运营商本身来讲，其海量优质数据资源或带来变现价值；结合运营商AI业务来讲，运营商的数据开放亦能帮助DeepSeek等模型进行训练迭代，未来AI商用化进程或提速。
