评级机构惠誉表示，已将5间中资国有银行包括工行(01398.HK) 、建行(00939.HK) 、中行(03988.HK) 、农行(01288.HK) 、交行(03328.HK) ，另加上招行(03968.HK) 的评级展望自“负面”升至“稳定”，并确认该5间中资国有银行的长期外币发行人违约评级为“A”、政府支持评级为“A”及短期发行人违约评级为“F1+”。
同时亦确认招行长期外币发行人违约评级为“A-”、政府支持评级为“A-”及短期发行人违约评级为“F1+”。
