稀土股今早(7日)逆市上升，中国稀土(00769.HK) 高开8.75%，最高见0.44元。惟开市初段升幅收窄。现报0.41元，升2.5%，成交2,777.4万股，涉资1,175.09万元。金力永磁(06680.HK) 今日高开6.99%，最高见15.98元。现报15.04元，扬7.28%，成交2,124.96万股，涉资3.22亿元。
国家商务部和海关总署宣布对钐、钆、铽、镝、(金鲁)、钪及钇等七类中重稀土相关物项实施出口管制措施。商务部发言人称，此次中方依法对相关物项实施出口管制，目的是更好维护国家安全和利益。中方愿通过双边出口管制对话交流机制，加强对外交流与合作，促进合规贸易。
对于国家对稀土相关物项加强出口管制，中国有色金属工业协会发文称，稀土相关物项具有军民两用属性，中央政府此次充分借鉴国际做法，对稀土有关物项实施出口管制，体现出坚定维护世界和平和安全的决心。从企业过往实践来看，只要不从事损害国家主权、安全及发展利益的活动，出口管制不会影响企业的正常经营贸易等活动，更不会影响国际产业链供应链稳定和安全。(ta/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-03 16:25。)
