蔚来法务部发文称，在蔚来新品牌及新产品发布之际，公司发现网络上出现大量有组织的针对蔚来的抹黑攻击行为，公司已对多个网络账号采取措施，现公布部分维权案件进展如下：
（1）侵权网络账号“互联网料哥”罔顾蔚来换电站已基本实现无人值守的事实，称蔚来换电站运维需要数万人，从而造谣抹黑换电站运营情况，公司报警后，公安机关迅速锁定该账号持有人，并已对其进行处罚。蔚来将协助司法机关持续打击此类恶意造谣、传谣的行为。
（2）侵权网络账号“Tech大锋车”持有人倪某、“细思极恐的奇闻_”持有人陆某、“不吃鱼的发财猫”持有人代某等恶意散布蔚来公司运营状况、产品及服务等虚假信息，经蔚来采取法律行动后，三个网络账号的持有人均已承认其违法行为，并已对蔚来道歉、赔偿。
