金吾财讯 | 港交所(00388)行政总裁陈翊庭在立法会财经事务委员会会议上表示，2022年联交所审批上市申请时间中位数为61日，截至上月底的12个月中位数缩减至28日，将对包括在海外上市的中概股等企业一视同仁，加快整体上市审批时间。
港交所早前就优化IPO进行咨询，包括建议基石投资者禁售期由6个月，改为分3个月及6个月两次解禁，咨询期已于上月19日结束。有议员关注安排或对招股前的投资者不公平。
陈翊庭指，建议目标是为抵消大部分发行股票被锁定造成流动性影响，咨询期间收到业界正、反声音，交易所会平衡各方意见。
陈翊庭续称，其他交易所没有专门服务同类股份的章节，不能与其他地区直接比较，但留意到今年首季18A公司表现不错，港交所正就整个IPO发展作全面检讨，咨询结果会适时向市场公布。
