Odaily星球日报讯 加密金融服务公司 Galaxy Digital 宣布，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已批准其 S-4 注册声明，允许公司从开曼群岛迁册至特拉华州。该公司表示，预计将在 5 月于纳斯达克上市，股票代码为 GLXY。 公司将于 5 月 9 日召开特别股东大会以批准此次重组，若顺利通过，预计将在 5 月中旬完成迁册，同时启动纳斯达克上市。 Galaxy Digital 目前已在多伦多证券交易所挂牌，重组仍需该交易所批准。 此外，Galaxy 近期同意向纽约总检察长办公室支付 2 亿美元的和解金，以解决其在推广 Luna 币过程中涉嫌不当行为的相关调查。（The Block）
