随着开发商推货增加以及购房客户逐步回流，同时在楼市“小阳春”持续带动下，楼市呈现了企稳回升的态势。

　　近日，中指研究院发布《2025年1-3月天津房地产企业销售业绩TOP10》，泰达建设、中海地产、远洋集团等一批具有国资背景的房企，业绩表现领先同行。榜单显示，泰达建设、远洋集团、中海地产位列销售面积榜前三。其中，远洋集团旗下的博屿海、未来城分别位列天津单盘成交面积第2、第8。

　　中指院分析指出，一季度，各地持续释放“稳楼市”信号，各项“稳地产”配套政策持续出台落地，预计后续供需两端政策也将持续落地落实，提振市场信心。
