格隆汇4月7日｜瑞士百达资产管理首席经济学家韦柏睿(Patrick Zweifel)认为，美国总统特朗普的对等关税推翻多年来行之有效的贸易协议，违反世界贸易组织(WTO)原则，相信各国都会谨慎地推出反制措施，因他们知道，贸易战没有赢家。

特朗普自上任后屡次推出不同关税政策，韦柏睿认为，特朗普似乎想透过实施关税，获取其他国家在一些与关税无关的领域作出让步，例如第一次威胁对墨西哥及加拿大商品征税时，是希望两国阻止非法移民进入美国，这便与贸易无关，相信特朗普会继续利用关税政策作为威胁其他国家的手段。

韦柏睿称，从经济师的角度来看，经济活动正在恢复或增长高于潜在水平，同时通胀正在下降，或通胀低于或接近目标水平，这便是风险资产的理想环境，但目前没有任何迹象美国正处于那个环境之中，故从宏观基本面来看，没有理由买入美股。
