智通财经APP获悉，稀土概念股早盘高开，截至发稿，中国稀土(00769)涨8.75%，报0.435港元；金力永磁(06680)涨6.99%，报15港元。
消息面上，4月4日，商务部会同海关总署发布关于对钐、钆、铽、镝、镥、钪、钇等7类中重稀土相关物项实施出口管制措施的公告，并于发布之日起正式实施。华泰证券指出，本次管制可能使国内外价格体系割裂，海外价格或高于国内，且上涨概率较大。国内中期价格走势主要由2025年国内配额和需求的景气度决定。稀土作为对抗关税扰动的出口替代品种，其战略地位不言而喻，重视板块配置价值。此外，本次管制主要针对中重稀土及含有中重稀土的钕铁硼材料，建议关注中重稀土相关标的。
天风证券认为，周五假期发布的“对中重稀土相关物项实施出口管制”极大的提振了板块信心，我国稀土优势有望进一步发挥作用。由于中重稀土本身的稀缺性和应用的高端性，对其出口管制将进一步夯实我国稀土产业链地位以及对美贸易进行回应。当前正处稀土板块基本面和情绪面共振时间点，该行认为稀土价格中枢提升，而权益端未充分反映，要足够重视板块的“战略性机会”。同时，磁材将受益机器人为代表的从“0到1”产业投资机会。
