4月8日,星巴克中国宣布,全国7600余家门店正式推出“真味无糖”创新体系。
“真味无糖”指将原有风味糖浆中的风味与糖分完全分离,能更大程度地让消费者掌握风味咖啡甜度的选择权,做到咖啡饮品“风味加满不加糖” 的同时,提供至少500余种不同风味和甜度的咖啡搭配选择。
中国营养与慢性病领域学科带头人赵文华表示:“可以说‘真味无糖’的推出,符合当下潮流消费趋势,对推动餐饮行业‘控糖’也起到了引导性的作用。”
据悉,“真味无糖”创新体系正式推出,对星巴克饮品所使用的风味糖浆进行创新,未来还将应用于更多季节性的风味咖啡产品。(张奥)
