智通财经APP讯，优必选(09880)公布，于2025年4月7日，董事会获悉：公司执行董事，即董事会主席周剑先生、熊友军先生和王琳女士;监事会成员，即股东代表监事贲沧桑先生;和公司高级管理人员，即行政总裁周剑先生、副总经理兼首席技术官熊友军先生，于2025年4月7日以自有资金各自在公开市场购入H股。
据董事、监事及高级管理人员告知，彼等对公司的业务发展和前景充满信心，认为当前H股股价并无反映集团价值，彼等对集团长期价值充分认可。在符合适用的法律及监管要求下，彼等可能会在适当时候进一步增持公司股份。于2025年2月2日及2025年4月2日的公告后12个月内，预计购入H股的总金额不会超过5000万人民币。
