Cinemark (CNK) said Monday its theaters brought in the highest-ever domestic revenue for a PG-rated film over a three-day period due primarily to A Minecraft Movie.
The movie also led to the company's strongest performance for motion-enabled seats, Cinemark said.
Cinemark added that it expects steady ticket sales in the months ahead due to a packed film release calendar, including several major titles.
