由于首次公开发售后限制性股份单位计划项下可能授出的奖励最高总数已由 5765.16万股股份增加至7765.16万股股份，因此，首次公开发售后限制性股份单位计划的受托人将根据信托契据及首次公开发售后限制性股份单位计划于联交所购买现有股份，购买数量最多不超过2000万股本公司股票。在市场上购买股份后，受托人(独立于本公司及其关连人士的第三方)将以信托方式持有该等股份，并将于奖励归属后将该等股份转让予承授人。
