Intraco to exit SGX Watch-list on April 7

Intraco's shares last traded at 39 cents, up more than 39% in the past year, valuing the company at $44.4 million

Intraco has exited from the SGX Watch-list, having reported full-year earnings and maintaining a market cap of more than $40 million.

The company was put in the Watch-list on June 6 2023. The exit will take effect on April 7.

For the year ended Dec 31 2024, the company reported earnings of $2.04 million, down 36% from $3.18 million recorded in the year earlier. Revenue in the same period was up 19.9% y-o-y to $182.8 million.

Besides Intraco I06, other companies that were included in the list on June 6 2023 were Amos Group, British and Malayan Holdings Cjn, CF Offshore, Datapulse Technology Bkw, GRP, IP Corporation, Jadason Enterprises J03, Manufacturing Integration Technology M11, Salt Investments, Shanghai Turbo Enterprises Awm and Trek 2000 International 5ab.

With Intraco's exit, there 31 companies remain in this list.
