智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有先决条件均已获达成，且配售事项已根据其条款及条件于2025年4月8日完成。合共1.25亿股配售股份，相当于(i)紧接配售事项完成前公司已发行股本的20%;及(ii)截至本公告日期，经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本约16.67%，已按配售价每股配售股份0.138港元成功配发及发行予不少于六名独立承配人。
