Newsmax (NMAX) said Monday that its overall audience grew to 33.6 million total viewers in Q1, marking a 50% increase compared with a year earlier.
On a sequential basis, viewership rose about 15% over Q4 levels when Nielsen ratings showed the news outlet attracted around 29.3 million viewers.
Newsmax shares were up more than 8% in early trading.
