4月7日，国泰君安（601211/02611）发布公告，公司名称已由“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”变更为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”，并于近日取得上海市市场监督管理局换发的营业执照和中国证监会换发的经营证券期货业务许可证。

公司以“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”名称签署的协议、合同或其他有约束力的文件均继续有效，过往承接的投资银行业务均由国泰海通继续执行。

海通证券存量客户与业务整体迁移并入国泰海通，海通证券承接的投资银行业务均由国泰海通完整承继，海通证券对外签署的协议均由国泰海通继续履行。
