智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股早盘回暖，截至发稿，小菜园(00999)涨6.8%，报9.27港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)涨6.15%，报0.69港元；奈雪的茶(02150)涨4.35%，报0.96港元；海底捞(06862)涨3.94%，报16.36港元。
消息面上，各地政府纷纷出台措施刺激消费。近日北京市发放2023年以来首批餐饮消费券，计划分五轮发放。此外，上海、广州等地也推出了各自的餐饮消费券政策。上海的“乐品上海”餐饮消费券采用“在线报名、摇号中签”的方式发放，面额多样，覆盖不同消费层次。广州则通过银联云闪付等平台发放餐饮消费券，鼓励市民外出就餐。
方正证券指出，美国对等关税幅度、力度均超市场预期。出口承压背景下，更加积极的财政、货币支持政策值得期待，后续促消费提振内需政策有望持续加码落地，推动国内经济平稳向好。长江证券指出，一季度以来，餐饮行业收入的增速环比提速，但是结构分化，大众餐饮表现优于中高端的趋势延续。消费理性化大背景下，推荐关注品牌定位极致性价比、运营管理精细化、同店数据有韧性、开店速度较快、规模效应逐步释放并兑现到业绩端成长的餐企。
