观点网讯：4月7日，国泰君安宣布更名为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”，并任命多名高管。朱健被任命为董事长，周杰为副董事长，李俊杰为总裁，任期均自2025年4月3日起，至第七届董事会任期届满时止。

4月3日，公司已完成公司名称及注册资本的市场主体变更登记手续，并取得上海市市场监督管理局换发的营业执照。公司中文名称由“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”变更为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”，注册资本由89.03亿元人民币变更为176.29亿元人民币，营业执照其他内容不变。
