BlockBeats News, April 6th, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Lutnick stated that the Elephant Island must be included in the tariff scope to prevent certain countries from using it as a loophole. (Xinhua Finance)

BlockBeats Note: In Trump's recent global tariff plan, Heard Island and McDonald Islands are included because the islands are inhabited only by penguins and seals. The islands are overseas territories of Australia, located in the Southern Ocean, 1630 kilometers from Antarctica. Although there was no trade with the United States last year, a 10% tariff will be imposed on goods from here.
